What payment options do I have?

We have a variety of convenient payment methods for you to choose from, mainly including mainstream credit cards, as well as several other forms of payment: 💳

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

Please note that, depending on the change requested, we may not be able to replace or cancel your order as we process orders quickly to ensure timely shipment.

When can I pick up my order?

Pickup is available from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 15:30pm. (excluding holidays)

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. If you place an order while the store is open, it will typically be ready for pickup within half an hour.

Delivery & Shipping

Is delivery free?

Most products (small items) are free shipping, except some bonnet protector, floor mats, side steps, and roof racks. Some areas will incur additional shipping charges. These included but are not limited to: N.T. , QLD and W.A.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders will be dispatched from Melbourne within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays)

How do I track my delivery?

Once the item is dispatched, we will notify you via email with the courier tracking number, so you can monitor its progress.

When can I expect to receive the item?

It depends on where you are and how the courier schedules deliveries.

Usually between 2-7 days in metro areas. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 7-16 days.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak shopping seasons.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a item?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

I received a faulty or incorrect item?

If you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Note your order number or order name, attach a brief description of the problem you are experiencing and photos showing the problem so that we can resolve your issue faster.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued as soon as your returned item arrives.

However, refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to be reflected in your payment method.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on your product?

All of our products come with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum 5-year warranty. Each item has its own warranty which can be found in the product description.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If the product you purchased is defective within the warranty period we apologise and please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the problem for you.
